Serj wears a ring on the right hand and takes it off whan he performs. Look at the ema's pics in the SOAD pics. And the Hypnotize pre-listening, Hollywood pics in the SOAD Live pics and you will see a ring on the right hand. And look at the live performances in 2005 and 2006 and you don't see a ring on the right hand.

I'm not sure if he's married, however, I know he has a girlfriend. If you look in the System with The Fans section, read the comments on the picture of the little girl that looks like she could be Serj's daughter, but she is NOT, by the way. The woman with the cigarette, according to daronsbtch is his girlfriend.
