If they've never before licenced their songs to be used in a film, then how come their music can be heard in a handful of other films?

I saw the movie on Saturday. They played Lonely Day during the movie. The movie itself was pretty awesome.

Hmmn. That is okay, then, I suppose. Anyway, for those of you who may be interested, on "Ebert & Roeper," though, there was a guest in for Ebert, there was a review of this movie and I think they said it was actually good because it is very suspenseful and they build up the suspence more than show it. ...That sounds okay.

Must be some misinformation, but their music has been in some movies before this, so I'm not sure about the licensing. Case-in-point: Strangeland.

I bet that when the movie comes out on dvd, they will have the lonely day music video in special features.

i liked the preveiw of the movie and i have to say that Lonely Day fits in well w/ that part.

THAT WAS THE BEST FRIKIN MOVIE I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME!!!!!!!!! hahaha i was singing when lonely day came on. ahahahahaa. people stared at me like i was nuts. even my best friend did that lol.
