i just learned eruption by van halen (not as hard as it sounds, still tough)
snow (hey oh) by the red hot chillie peppers (the hammer ons are tricky because they are so fast)
soldier side intro by system of a down (pretty easy)
down with the sickness by disturbed (super easy)
those were all pretty recent
i try to find songs in a drop tuning because i have really heavy gauge strings (12's), a really heavy guitar (literally, it actually makes the sound heavy) it's an ibanez RG, but it's an older one that wasnt made in china so its actually pretty nice + i have those locks on my strings soooo, my guitar is permantly in drop c
anybody know of any good drop c bands besides SOAD, SOB (Cb) or disturbed? |

CHILDREN
OF
BODOM
I learned in the past few months:
- First part of the solo for Fermented Offal Dischage by Necrophagist
- Hellhounds On My Trail - Children of Bodom
- Blooddrunk - Children of Bodom
- Banned From Heaven - Children of Bodom
- Trashed Lost & Strungout - Children of Bodom
- Relearned a bunch of Atreyu songs (off The Curse. None of that bullshit from Lead Shit Paper Assholes)
- Lots of Agalloch
- Sleeping Sickness - City and Colour
- Pallar Anders Visa - In Flames
- Afraid to Shoot Strangers - Iron Maiden
- Dragonaut - Sleep
Yep. |

Avenged Sevenfold - Afterlife
On guitar, of course it's the rhythm part, I am not capable of that solo after only playing guitar for a few months. |
