Just reading this thread makes me almost cry.
Either my missing of SOAD is more intense than I thought (i.e. I'm in heavy denial) or your guys emotions just really comes through to me!

Hey, I said that I like the cold weather, that's something, right? Laughing

And, no, I'm not in an aggressive mood at all; in fact I just couldn't find a thread that I could answer in a positive way, I guess. Neutral Embarassed

Eh, nothing. I just think that people here are exaggerating...a lot.
It's not like there's nothing else apart from SOAD that they could listen to. Razz

Of course you are right , partly.
I remember , though , how enthusiastic I have been with SOAD some years ago.
I was hardly listening anything else back then and studying their lyrics
and I thought I´d never get enough .
I was wrong . Some day I was fed up .
Nowadays I listen to them then and when again .

to be on topic :
there isn´t a song that makes me want them come back .

Moreorless the same for me. That stopped after a few months already, though.
Now I don't care for them anymore at all.
I'll listen to them in case they reunite, but at the moment I don't listen to any of their songs.

Just wanted to make people aware that there is more than SOAD [and especially more than Scars] in music with my post, I guess. Razz

Rolling Eyes

Poor you. Neutral

Probably you should try and like other bands.
With the attitude that there are "no other bands for you" you'll never find one.

Good luck.

The bands I admire and respect are these that have a sound that is unique, but built on it so it’s not repetitive, like Faith No More and U2
