I've never really had a concert canceled on me before, do you just go back to the place you bought them from or ?
Fuck man, I really wish Scars could have stuck through it but... this really bites. |

| If you brought them from the concert hall take the tickets back and tell them. If you brought them over the internet check your credit or debit card statement or online statement and see if they refunded you it should take 72 hours to transfer funds back into your account. I would call and ask them to make sure. |

| I just got an email saying that my credit card will automatically be refunded within 7-10 business days. |

I got a call from Live Nation today, but it was a recording stating the cancellation and I don't need to do anything because they will make the transfer.
Not quite sure when, so I'll check on & off. |

I had bought multiple tickets for a couple of different shows via Ticketmaster. I hadn't heard anything from them, so I went to their website & checked it out.
They actually have a list of cancelled shows, but Scars on Broadway hadn't made the list (yet?).
I put an inquiry in the "ask a question" place. Then I got sent to a place to give my feedback as to whether or not their site/format was helpful.
I said No, and put all the info again in the explanation box. I did actually hear from them, in an (I'm sure) automated way, thanking me for my participation.
I'm still waiting.
Tbh there's no hurry, they just need to do the right thing and do it soon. If I have to go through my credit card company to get my refund, that's always an option.
But I'm gonna give Ticketbastard a few more days.
*taps foot impatiently* |

If you used cash, then yes I would go back to the place where I bought them. If they can't help you they should be able to direct you. Ask them. More people make online transactions, so the first announcement would unsurprisingly be for credit card orders.
Either if you ordered online or payed in cash, you won't get refunded the ticketmaster charge. |

Same here.
What sucks for me is that I had the tickets shiped to my house. So not even I lost money from the ordering charge fee, but I lost some money from the delivery charge too. |

I got an answer from Ticketmaster today telling me they already credited my account for the nov 5th show, the one I asked them about. So I forwarded on the order number for my Nov 2 tix.
Then I saw I had an email announcing the cancellation of the Nov 2, and i'd get my refund in 7 - 10 days.
So I guess it's on it's way, well except for some 7 dollars they get to keep. |
