Has anyone else noticed Daron has been getting a pretty big ego lately??
I know everyone's probly gonna hate me for this but he's turning into a little bitch lately.
He keeps hating on everyone for talking about System, but if it wasn't for all that time with System he would be nothing and no one would really like his band.
I hate to say it but it's true.

No, I don't think he has a big ego. I think he's just tired of being asked the same damn System questions every interview. If he's focused on doing something, something he's proud of, why would he want to be bothered with something else?

When Daron was first being asked these questions about System, he was really cool about it - saying nothing was closed. 9/10 interviewers asked the same damn "What's going on with System" question.
It's also very hard going 15 years doing so much work for a band, only to have the fans not recognize it and bash him constantly for bringing it to attention. Too many people fell into that category and it's totally unfair.
I'm sorry, that's bullshit. He's just into what he's doing, and there's nothing wrong with that. |

I agree with Voodoo.
If your asked the same question over and over and over... It can get annoying I assume.
And if someone only likes scars because it has daron in it, then I don't think they actually like scars. 
And If he wasn't ever with system he would still be something, He'd be a human.  |

Achozen isn't gonna be a mainstream band,
and hardly any System fans like them anyway,

It just makes us mad that Daron has to be so negative about the questions
I mean yeah, it must get annoying, but Serj has gotten them way more than him through the years with ETD, and for Daron just to be starting Scars and already giving bad vibes with the way he answers the questions regarding System or Serj aren't very good. |

^Serj wasn't asked those questions 50 thousands times. I'm sorry, I've read through most of the interviews with Serj and about ETD. Daron's being treated totally unfairly.
Dig up one interview where someone asks "Is there a rivalry between you and Daron." Or "How's your relationship with Daron."
Media knows Daron is a hothead head, you people are falling for it.
EDIT: I've also never heard Daron say one bad thing about Serj or System. If he's not saying "Serj is my bestest friend in the entire world" then he's insulting him.
He's referred to the man as a very special person to him. Why is that statement ignored? |

I don't think so. Every interview is asking the same questions, so I think he deserves to be bitchy. And even if he did have an inflated ego, he deserves that. I think when people do something great they can be slightly egotistical. He's done plenty of great things, and he isn't acting like he's the most amazing thing to hit this planet. That gives him my respect. He started a new band, mostly from scratch, and he's gotten it this far. He probably would have gotten this far if system wasn't in the picture at all, but it is and that's what most people are focused on, not him and his new band. That's why he's angry. He can do it, people just aren't looking at that fact.

I don't think he has changed in that way, he isn't getting a big ego, he just get mad because he get the same question every day, and some of the interviewers are real dicks, they aren't really paying attention to his new project, mainly because they want SOAD back right now and that impossible.
Daron has changed, he is more humble, making smaller gigs, taking more pictures with his fans than ever before and a very good disposition every time hes doing a new interview (until the questions ruin it) is the proof.
BTW SoB is the only new project that I like, the only thing I enjoy of serj solo project was his voice, and shavos achozen really sucks. |

Since when is it okay to be egotistical, and VooDoo_Blues don't get me wrong, I still love Daron, but he's being a lame-ass. Yeah, he has this new band and all but that doesn't mean he has to delete a whole 12 years of his life and never look back. Its almost as if he doesn't even want to remember it.
Yeah, again, new band, its not System, but he is from System! The questions are excepted, and I guess the bitchy-ness is too, but man there should be a limit  |
