| Yes, that is true but being pissed off... it's hard to say because I personally believe countries other than the US, no matter what they think, there is still a sense of humanitarianism. Even if they might know intentions of US aid - when it's offered - could possibly be not so... real, for the right reason. That tsnuami bit pissed me off because of our original offer then Germany and another country offered more than we did, so the US raised their offer by a few hundred million, and then they turned around and asked Congress for billions more for the war on terror. |
