I jsut wonder what an amount if picks someone like Daron has to buy every year when he is always giving them away, like John with his drumsticks must be hundreds |

| i don't think that they buy them ! dunlop (picks) and paiste or whatever for the sticks give them thousand of them for the band.. in cologne i saw a box with hundred of daron's picks |

| Oh okay. Yeah, right, would be a bit weird of they had to buy them. Its also a good advertisement for the producers of those things, I think. |

@Silke It's kinda playing 
seriously I have Jason Hook's (no one knows him (guitarist of Alice Cooper)) pick and it's cool to play with it.. it looks used... then I have Serj/FCC pick and I don't like playing with it and then IF I had drums I would try play with Troy's drumsticks (but I don't have... thank Christ)

yeah, a gibson SG  and john use Vic Firth drumsticks. He have a Signature serial there
i have drumsticks from the best Jazz Drummer , i have get them at his workshop but one time, i've played with it....I have asked him at the workshop from what for a brand are they. then he said, these are special sticks, they was from his friend. And later he makes me a present with the sticks
