LOL Same here, CDoris. I thought someone was going to call the cops on me for neglect of my children because of that silly game. j/k. Anyway, I don't know the man personally (much to my dismay) but from the videos I've seen with System (and now Scars) clowning around and such, I can deduce that he had lots of energy. |

really? he did speak in a '98 interview...then the self titled system tv thing...then the toxicity system tv thing...some others. lol not to sound like a prick or anything, just pointing them out
i hadn't seen any of those things prior to that. i was just in to the music up until then, never payed much attention to anything else.
the only one i don't think i've seen now is the toxicity one you mentioned. hmmm. i'll have to check that out. |

I adore all the members of System in their own ways - each man has some different quality that I connect with. Best of all, even though there all different you can see how close they are as friends; it's touching to see intimate moments between all of them on stage, in interviews, etc.
...
Damn I really love System of a Down. |

john fascinates me, he's so quiet. actually the first time i ever heard him speak was in that uranium interview from 2005. i'm not sure if i had heard him speak before that one... but if i had, i just don't remember it. anyway, that interview shocked me and my friend cuz we actually got to hear john talk for a change. lol.
I don't know if he's quiet; I think that he speaks where he has something relevant to say...there is a difference. There is a three-part interview that he did a while back (yes, while he still had his long hair) that is on youtube. The best part is when he compare playing drums to sex: "It's like making love: sometimes you feel like doing it slow and sometimes you feel like fucking really hard." That is, and always will be, my favorite quote.
and yes. he should grow his hair back out.
it looked good.[/quote]
IMHO, I think he's damn sexy with the short hair.
Oh...before I forget...new John intro: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-5uWmrHlGU
I went to the website and apparently they have an interview on the way. |

Here's a 2-part audio interview with John (in Holland I believe) from 2005. Just click on listen for parts 1 and 2.
I believe it was after listening to this that I really fell for the guy.
Yeah, Min, I know that 3-part vid you saw on you-tube. I have the file (22 minutes long) I'd be happy to upload for you, if you collect video files. And more with him. |

| Oh, yes. I heard this one a couple weeks back. Really shocked when I found it. Thanks for putting it up, Lin. I adore the loveline video that he did but they took it down. Serves me right for not downloading it! |
