please stop FLAMING else I'll be forced to close this thread and forbid any further discussion about this shit thing from now on.
Yes its real, yes it was meant to be handed to film industry people and whoever related but some people like to profit money out of it and put it up on ebay, many fans (I dont wanna say dumb fans) rush out and piss off their pants and pay whatever to get this copies. IMO there's nothing special about it to pay all this money, it will end up leaked at the end and everyone will regret their $50+ copies but its your choice to get it and add to your collection.. big deal |

recently there was one up on eil.com, for 60 dollars I think, but I'm not sure how much you had to pay, however it's been sold, and I think I know who got it, but I'm not sure on this as well.
But it hasn't been up for a couple of months on ebay, so I guess you all had your chance but missed it so far.
but lemme tell you something about it:
In general it comes without understandable vocals (see Try Ball) and it is intended to be film music, so ,in case you get this stuff, don't expect something to relax and listen to like a regular album.
Now to describe the songs (with my limited knowledge and vocabulary  ):
beethoven 2 = you can guess it, it has something to do with beethoven's cunt, the song actually ends with a string version of the main riff used in the part of the chorus in which Serj sings "the arms of time are breaking off..."
orchestra mix = reminds me of james bond suspense scenes, a lot of strings and brass winds (is that expression right? I dunno), intro reminds a bit of time of Impressionism, all over quite gentle
brain song = also an Impressionism like but very short intro, bass beats and e-guitar, drum programming (like in all the other songs from that release that include drums), very repetetive
dave short = similar to brain song, but with much more ambient effects and added sound samples (like sci-fi laser pulse weapons )
electro rav = ?dark techno dance?
guitar bass delay = dark music (reminds me of diablo 1 music)
khalil = trance, rock mix, similar to "ready steady go" from Paul Oakenfold, but slower and without vocals, just a similar style.
S016 = jazzy rock (one of my favourites) and some other things I don't know an expression for
Topical = very fast rock-techno mix, lot's of drum programming
Try Ball = extremely distorted vocals, dark horror/terror music with hilarious elements (the funny vocals especially at the end of the song)
All over the musical variety is quite amazing on this release. At first I couldn't believe that Serj can write so much varying music, all genres are included (with the exception of rap, rnb).
