Okay, I understand the whole "Daron ran over a rabbit" thing, but for me, the song has a different meaning.
I think this song is about Unwanted pregnancy!
So I felt like the biggest asshole, When I killed your rock and
roll
Meaning: The unwanted child feels guilty for ruining his/her parents'
'Rock and roll" (That being their freedom)
(Mow down the sexy people!)
Meaning: Parents cant be "sexy" They now have a responsibility. They
cant spend all their time partying and stuff.
Eat all the grass, Eat all the grass that you want.
Meaning: You can try using the contraceptive pills and whatever remedies
you think may work.
Accidents happen in the dark.
Meaning: Oops! It was dark in the bedroom, and you forgot your
condoms.
Yeah so thanks for reading this, I just wanted to share my idea of what the song was about. =) |

Thats a unique thought process... I still believe its moreso the rabbit storyline since Daron said so though.

I am well aware of that, but, SOAD explicitly states many times that their songs are meant to be open to interpretation, and what it means to Daron or whoever else, isnt what it emans to me. =) |
