Actually i dont know if someone mentionned this already but i believe Chick n Stu was half a step lower than C, between Drop B and Drop C tunning. Im not sure if thats for the album version but i clearly remember 1 version being in that tunning.
EDIT: oh ok, ppl were talking bout it hehe, but yea, tab books arent always 100% accurate btw, and they never dropped to a full B, it was only half a step.
Half a step down from C would be B.
hmm... didnt think bout that one lol, I heard it was that tho... so I guess its B! |

| It's not Drop B. Chic N Stu is Drop C, and that's for sure. |

anything could be played in any tuning.. but tuning ur guitar to the tuning in which the song was written is wiser |

I'm not ragging or anything, but I'm surprised this many SOAD fans didn't know the tunings of their albums. I guess I am more of an SOAD than I thought. |

for anybody who wants to know it i'm pretty sure that:
- SCARS ON BROADWAY album: DROP Db
- ELECT THE DEAD album: DROP C (electric guitars), STANDARD tuning (acoustic guitars).
anyway i'm sure that chic n stu is in drop c: the chorus riff starts on the 11th fret on the three lowest strings which forms a B5 powerchord |

| Scars is drop Db. Play along with the album, don't rely on tabs. When you play along it is obvious it's in drop Db, especially when you play Stoner-Hate which is just 0-1-0-1 e.t.c. If you play it in anything other than drop Db it sounds off. |
