Right I'm posting this because of popular demand after my post of a similar title about mind. Now in my opinion this post isn't quite as entertaining as the Mind one, which you can find here:

This song is about someone with HIV/AIDS and is trying to spread it to everybody to relieve the stress of having it himself.

Now a Kombucha mushroom is a mushroom that is mixed and made into a tea and is highly suspected to be fatal to those HIV positive. So the first line is about Serj basically talking about people with HIV. So picture this: Serj with evil eyes, dancing and chanting these lyrics around a crystal ball, and within this ball, is an image of HIV people in a hospital looking sad. For some reason when I picture this when listening to it it fits somehow…

Okay here is where the theory gets vague. It is a fact that when a man has an orgasm, his mind goes blank for a fraction. This explains the first line, saying he’s ejaculating all the time. Some people say what he’s doing (which is later revealed) is insane. Now, Russian roulette is when you shoot someone with a revolver, and it is luck whether or not they die. And the bullet he uses is called life. SO if you think about it, what is "life"? As mentioned earlier, what Serj is referring to is sperm, so he "shoots" sperm, and it is luck whether they die or not. So his plan is revealed: he is actually HIV positive, and he fucks people to try and spread it! Get it? Well you might have to think about it a bit, but it makes sense. And what else is revealed is that where Serj wants to be, is where he is, and I’m sure the place where every man wants to be is in bed with a woman, so he’s also saying he does "stuff" with women a lot.

Right, as mentioned earlier, Serj uses his sperm to attempt to infect people. The sperm is the bullet, so what is the gun? Yep, you guessed it, the "gun" which is small, cute, and fits right into his pocket is actually representing his dick/penis/cock/woman’s best friend. Next line, whenever his gf annoys him, he just « kicks her », which represents him making love to her and infecting her, and then he puts on his mocking voice when explaining to her parents that she’s ok. When people figure out what’s going on, they get really mad at him, sometimes even try to kill him L

He sits alone in his little room (the one with the crystal ball ) feeling angry, coz he’s killed everyone, he feels angry towards himself, but because he’s deserted himself from the world he feels better, but he’s confused about his feelings. When he fucks people, he forgets about his troubles, but as he goes on, he realizes that fucking people isn’t gonna make him feel better in the long term, and he finds the error of his ways and decides to await his inevitable early death in his little room.

I know this is far from perfect and is unlikely, but my first strange theory seemed to be liked so I thought I might post another
