well ppl r haveing the same problems like the chickens, besiadtaking ppl to sloder houes, lol, just think about it there r ppl beating, killing, over weight, sick and inggered aswell like the chickens, but we do eat them and we don't eat ppl, that is the only thing that is different there, hummm, i saw the vid. on the side of the screen in the blue where it said ads by google and there some thing about animal cruelty, man i was shocked what they do to the farm animals and sad, i do feel sorry for them hummm :(

Wow.. the first few comments are fucking ridiculous. Have you seen how theses animals are treated? Go onto Youtube or any Anti-Animal Cruelty site and see the footage taken at these slaughter houses.

These workers treat the chickens like punching bags, break bones so they suffer before they are put out of their misery and at pig farms to. Theres footage of workers taking a nail gun and shooting the pigs in spots that won't kill them. Just leave them in extreme agony to die slowly.

If you don't want to sign it then thats fine, but don't bad mouth Serj because hes trying to make a difference in the world. Just because hes not trying to end world hunger, doesn't mean what hes doing is meaningless.

What hes doing, hes gained a little bit of my respect back. For a while it seemed like he was turning into the person he always said he was going to be, MAINSTREAM. Looks like hes back to his crime fighting roots. So to speak.

I agree that animals shouldn't be treated one bit like they are nowadays. But, I can't stand PETA. They guilt everyone into joining their "cause" and therefore handing over $$$.

There's a happy medium here somewhere. Sure animal cruelty is, well, cruel. But I'll be damned if I'm not going to have a spicy chicken twister after work if I want it. I think the moral of this story is Serj rules, carnivores and vegetarians suck, and KFC Spicy Twisters are the shit.

About the whole "it doesn't matter if a few vegetarians protest KFC"-KFC Canada has pledged to improve the circumstances of their chickens, the way they are brought up and slaughtered because of PETA. So you can say about their methods whatever you want but they achieve something. This was never about forcing people to be vegetarians, it's about how the animals are treated.

It's the latest trend to hate PETA, and by all means, go ahead and hate them, but some of the comments I have read here are just plain ridiculous. "I've heard they are terrorists".

It's a well known fact that the chickens that end up in your bucket are pumped with drugs to make them grow faster, they lived in the poorest of conditions and all that only to be killed off in terible ways.

Don't blame PETA for their campaigns either. They are doing what they have to to get people's attention. Which is really hard these days.

while i do agree that those chickens are treated in a very cruel manner, they are not the only animals that are. watch the animal cops program on animal planet, the animals on that show are supposed to be pets the chickens and other animals bred for food are a whole different lot. when people take an animal as a pet that animal becomes in a sense a family member, thousands of animals that are supposed to be pets are treated far worse than those chickens which keep in mind are raised solely as a source of food. yes i agree its cruel and yes i agree there are more pressing problems facing us today. serj is passionate about many causes peta is one of many. i wont sign the petition not because i agree with the way the chickens are treated but because i know the birds are raised only for food and not as pets

I don't like PETA in the least, but i do support animal rights. Don't get me wrong, i'm a total carnivore, but this is just overkill, literally. One signature for freedom! lol

Regardless of whatever the controversy surrounding PETA is, this is just a peititon, and the treatment of these animals is ridiculous.
